Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or WhatsApp. You can use this number to track your order in real time.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address entered during checkout is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Delays & Exceptions

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Courier issues

• Unreachable or incomplete addresses

• Natural disasters or unforeseen circumstances

• Customs clearance for international orders

Shipping Damages

If your order arrives damaged:

• Please take photos/videos of the package and product.

• Contact us immediately at info.noorahbyj@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

We will assess the issue and assist you with a replacement or solution.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once the package is marked as “delivered” by the courier, we are not liable for lost or stolen items. Please contact the courier service directly, but you may also inform us for support.

International Shipping (If Applicable)

International shipments may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Customs processing may also cause additional delays.
